About Me

I am a family therapist, relationship counsellor, child and youth counsellor. I have been actively involved in helping families, couples with their emotional well being and mental health and youth with their growing up issues. I am practising as a ‘Family and Child care Counsellor' for 2 years now under the name of Maitree Counselling and have helped a number of people across India.

Qualifications: M.A Applied Psychology

Pursuing Post Graduation Diploma in Child counselling and Family Therapy, Meditation & Yoga.

My Approach

We provide individual as well as couples counselling. The session(s) may take 1 hour or so,

depending on how things move. Complete confidentiality will be maintained and the environment will be as comfortable as possible.

We will be available over phone or email. We promise to give you our ears if you are willing to give us your voice.

Getting Help
